Intradita doesn't publish data that allow the univocal identification and the retrieval of a person (Photos, without other data, are not "sensitive data". A mail address yes)
The mailing-list addresses are stored on the server database only, allowing the immediate elimination to the subscriber, from the same page used for the subscription.
Intradita does not and will not share, sell or rent your e-mail address to outside third parties, never.

About the pictures of people appearing here, Intradita wants to act in accordance with the italian (and european) laws.

The portrait of a person cannot be exposed, reproduced or put in commerce without the consent of this, except the dispositions of the following article.
Art.97)
The consent of a person is not necessary if the reproduction of an image is justified from the notoriety, from necessity of justice, from scientific, didactic or cultural purposes, or when the reproduction is connected to facts, events, ceremonies of public interest, or in public.
The portrait cannot be exposed or sold when the exposure goes prejudice to the honor, to the reputation or also to the decorum of the person.
The purposes of Intradita are entirely aesthetical and cultural and his positioning (porn & profit free) doesn't allow to deduce a possible lesion to the reputation of whom appears here.
All the contents here, without any exception, is not used for profit (please, read the mission statement).
When there are not the explicit consent of the person, the photos has been taken always in public places of historical interest, or in concomitance of public events.
Anyways, the photos will be removed, if a person desires it.
Intradita is obviously adverse to the pedophilia. Among the images galleries there will be never any minor.
